These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of RAIN ("we", "us"), an all-in-one platform including event management and RSVP features, and its integrations with GoHighLevel and Zoom. By using RAIN, you agree to these terms.
Using the application
Among its features, RAIN lets you create and manage events, collect RSVPs, and — where connected — sync that activity with your GoHighLevel and Zoom accounts. You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish and for keeping your connected accounts and credentials secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use RAIN to collect information unlawfully, send unsolicited communications, or interfere with the normal operation of the application or the third-party services it connects to.
Third-party services
RAIN integrates with GoHighLevel and Zoom. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies. We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of those third-party services.
Disclaimer of warranty
RAIN is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RAIN, including issues caused by connected third-party services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of RAIN after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
